Shipping policy
All items on the site are made to order. Meaning that we do not stock items regularly. The stock shown on the website may not be accurate. As such:
- Shipping time estimates are not guaranteed to be accurate. They are an estimate on how long the item will take to ship from the warehouse to the customer.
- Shipping time estimates are from the time the product is shipped. This does not include preparation time. Preparation time can be 1 to 2 weeks.
- Internationally shipped items may take longer to arrive due to border processing.
We understand the frustration of waiting for items to arrive after ordering and will do our best to get items out the door to the customer as quickly as possible within our limitations.
We do not take responsibility for damage to any products incurred during shipping. We may on a case by case basis allow returns on items that were damaged in shipping. Please review return policy.
Items will be shipped by a variety of shipping companies. Each company has their own policies and procedures. Please contact the specific shipping company with questions regarding their policies and procedures.
